Hi. My name is Jenny Stevens. I grew up right here in Mountain Home. I have always admired very physically fit individuals. Watching Olympians,

Arnold Schwarzenegger and Corey Everson, along with Rocky movies inspired me to start weightlifting as a teenager and have been competing off and on since my 20’s.

I held 16 Idaho State powerlifting records at one time (4 different weight classes), competed locally and nationally in Strongman competitions, achieved Pro status as an NGA (natural) bodybuilder, and have been competing in the NPC figure division since 2011. I am currently sprint training for the Idaho Senior Games.

My goal is to help you discover the most suitable and enjoyable fitness path, enabling you to achieve your goals, whether it’s to lose weight, become stronger, compete in your first bodybuilding show, or have enough strength and mobility to keep up with your kids or grandkids. It is important to me that clients understand and appreciate the value of a healthier lifestyle and stay motivated.

I love being a part of the Peak Fitness team so don’t hesitate to approach me with questions. I’d be happy to help.
