MEET OUR GYM MANAGER -
Amber Belmonte, BSN, RN
My name is Amber Belmonte and I’m 31 years old. I have lived here in Mountain Home for most of my life, and I absolutely love our little community!
I am dedicated to guiding individuals through their fitness challenges, witnessing their growth and resilience in this beautiful journey of life. I bring a unique blend of experience and education to my role as a gym manager, with a background as a physical therapy technician who discovered a passion for wellness, I recently graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Boise State University.
As your gym manager I am here to seamlessly combine my expertise in physical fitness with clinical knowledge to promote optimal health and recovery, inspiring clients to achieve their fullest potential both in the gym and beyond. I believe that every step taken in the gym or on the path to recovery is a step towards a healthier, happier life. Together, let’s redefine what it means to live well!

- NASM-National Academy of Sports Medicine-Personal Trainer Certification
- Sports Director & coach of Mt. Home Special Olympics team

Jenny grew up in Mountain Home and is very happy to be back in her hometown. She has competed in bodybuilding, figure, powerlifting, and strongman competitions for the last 26 years.
At one time, she held 16 Idaho State powerlifting records and a handful of national records. Jenny’s clients range from first time gym goers to bodybuilding and weightlifting competitors. Training could be as simple as one day a week new program set up if you are looking for help to get started or 3-5 days a week if you need more accountability and motivation throughout the week.
Either way, Jenny’s goal is to find the most suitable and enjoyable path so you can reach your goals whether it be to lose weight, become stronger, do your first bodybuilding show, or just want enough energy to keep up with your kids.
Jenny has a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion; Boise State University, NASM-National Academy of Sports Medicine Personal Trainer and Sports Director and coach of Mountain Home Special Olympics team-Mountain Home High Hopes.
